1. Applications using emails to push to visit

In case 1 Using emails:

• The identity is already known. Where did you get the email address ?
• Opt-in lists ? Thus no new opportunities ?
• No Opt-in lists ? Aren't you spamming ?

In case 2: all visitors:

• The appeal is much broader as these solutions can address all possible visitors.
• Uses IP Geo-location, Internet Data Mining, ...
