3. Continuously learning more about this amazing industry;
4. Working with people that teach me, challenge me, and encourage me (and make me laugh almost every second of every day);
5. Sharing what I’ve learned with others;
6. Having a boss that supports me and makes my job even that much more enjoyable.

In life:

1. Having an amazing family that supports me working upwards of 45 hours a week;
2. Great music, food, family, and friends (hopefully all together at the same time!);
3. The smell of the air just before it rains or snows;
4. Raking leaves into a big pile so that my three-year-old son can jump in and make a huge mess again;
5. Being happy and healthy and content in knowing that things always happen for a reason.

As you frantically work to get everything done today so that you can try to enjoy your four-day weekend, take a moment to think about the things of which you are grateful.

It puts things in perspective as to why we do what we do in the first place.
