2. Find 4 keywords that have a maximum of 3 million competing websites in google.
3. They must have around 1000 searches a month.
4. Of the 4, choose a main keyword (pick the one most related to your website).

Step #2

1. add the meta tags
2. add at least one article apart from your main content.
3. If you have disclaimer, terms and conditions, and similar types of links, then put the nofollow tags on those links: rel="nofollow" (if you're not sure why, read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nofollow).
4. Put your main keyword at the bottom of the page, usually near Copyright All Rights Reserved (c) main keyword goes here.
5. DO NOT put any links to other websites on your site. As you can see you should not spend much time on this part of search engine optimization that is called the onpage optimization.
6. Each webpage on your site must have unique meta tags. Change the title tag, description tag and keywords a bit for each page.
7. In your title avoid repeating the exact keyword phrases more than once. Separate phrases by the pipe symbol: |
