July 2008 Hi Khemraj, Great piece. I am curious as to what you think web 2.0 will do to online reputation management? For example, there is a new website called HumanBook.com that I think will throw everything we have a handle on out of balance. I warn you, it's a little erie. Basically, this new website already have everyone's profiles on it, users or not, and let others users share personal information about you using wiki technology. M. Amarezello Reply

August 2008 Since the Web started to get fashionable, professional, firms/companies began to build up their “online identities” either with help of blog or their own websites, free web pages and then contributing in appropriate forums in their sector. With the Web 2.0, the growth of new platforms and the grow of online communities where every one can create their own “profiles”, promote, review and give comments/feedbacks about services, products, brands or even other people it has become necessary to “monitor” and “manage” these type of activities … otherwise when clients or friends search for you or your services in Google they can get results … that you rather don’t want them to see… maybe it is time that you start searching for “your brand” or “name” in major Search Engines!
