It is funny but online and digital marketing people don't like to apply to Job Hunt Websites. You would think with all of the savvy in the tech space there is the implication that they are relunctant to use these mediums.

Is it not so?

I think that there is an assumption by digital and online marketing people that they are easy for recruiters to find.

Well in theory - they blog, they have profile pages and there details are littered throughout the internet.

That is the issue though, information on online and digital marketing people is littered with their social lives, personal blogs, facebook pages, avators - it is really hard to find all of you! I suppose the question for me is where do you find roles? Is it through mediums such as this or Digital Ministry?

For example I have agreat Sales Director role, expert in Digital oronline media based in Perth. Where do I find you all?
