09 Dec At the moment I think people are a little bit confused as to how to reply back to a Gooruze member properly. These mails are being sent from the sender to the recipient via Gooruze Mail, which uses support@gooruze.com as a mail forwarder to people's real email addresses. When people receive these emails in their real email inbox, they hit the reply button - which sends is received by Gooruze Support. The below graphic illustrates how to send a mail back properly to the sender: ![]()

March 12th I realise it can be frustrating. The email address acts like a postman or a forwarder of emails. If you hit the reply button, it will send it to support at gooruze. That's the way the system is set up. At the bottom of all emails, there is a link that says, "Click here to reply back to the sender" or something similar, so you just need to click that button and it will take you to where you can respond back.
Also, if you try emailing a member eg I want to email you - I can't use shendison@gooruze.com - as it is not a valid email address. Reply
