17 Nov Since I talked with Daniel Ha from Disqus.com, I've come to realize how comments are important in the "open-source brand" concept. With tools like Disqus that allow you to gather all your comments or your blog's comments on one single webpage, it is obvious that online marketers can have more control over what is being said about their brands. Do you think Disqus and similar companies are a must have tool for online PR agencies?
