08 Apr Thanks to one of our members deswalsh. I was checking out his latest blog post and came across his post on the Groundswell. I have just read the free exerpt (check out their blog for more information) Looks like a must read for any corporation considering the impact of web 2.0. Offline, people don’t change behaviors quickly, so companies can develop loyal customers. Online, people can switch behaviors as soon as they see something better. It’s the force of these millions of people, combined with the rapid evolution of new technologies by trial and error, that makes the groundswell so protean in form and so tough for traditional businesses to deal with. Good case study too on Bob Lutz of GM and how blogging changed the way they communicate.
