Summary
Lead design and development of web models for community and learning. Engage with the
Adobe community to identify great learning content and practices while enabling participation.

Responsibilities
-Define web-based experiences for display and structure of user-centric learning content
-Develop next-generation web models that foster community participation
-Work with content experts and community to identify web learning needs and strategies
-Work with community members to identify key learning needs and contributors
-Evangelize and support community participation
-Seek and seed community content; support aggregation of learning content from across the
Adobe community
-Engage and collaborate with teams across Adobe, including product development and
Customer Care

Requirements
- 7+ years developing and designing web content for a technical audience
- 4+ years leading design projects
- Expert knowledge of web design and Web 2.0 technologies
- Experience with learning needs analysis, content architecture and assessment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Highly energetic, flexible and collaborative
- Curiosity and a sense of fun
Location: San Jose or San Francisco
