December 2007 The move by Justin is pretty gutsy, especially when you consider that he is the only one doing it. Most people shop around for services before they commit. People following the links to competitors to a great degree will do so anyways. People need confidence before they make a decision and this move may give people the confidence they need to go with SMBology. Still, it has to be difficult facing the thought of failure if this plan backfires. Great story, thanks. Reply
