I have showed a few tips on how to implement geo-targeting in Google AdWords campaigns...now here is Yahoo!Select Geo-Targeting from the CAMPAIGN SETTINGS menu:  That is it. The process is pretty simple and works much like the Google interface. Remember, if you reduce your area, you reduce your search volume as well. This is important for budgeting.
