| I'm Eric Lander, the Associate Editor of Search Engine Journal and organic search manager for ADP's Automotive Dealer Services division. I've ended up here on Gooruze after having met Matt McGee at SMX: Social Media in New York. I've been writing articles in the search industry since 2001 when I co-founded my first SEO firm alongside Andrew Gerhart. I've since gone on to co-found another marketing company, and I'm now optimizing in the corporate world where things are more structured. It's been a crazy ride so far, but we're just getting start -- so I'm sure the bio is going to change a bit. Outside of work stuff... I'm an average guy approaching 30 years of age.
