22 Oct I completed registration of my LLC this weekend .Thanks to an Amex Gold Card I was able to use bizfillings to register for free with their discount. So I now have the holding company formed for my next three companies. I create simple sites for my holding company with the a link to my current project. I finally created a basic page for me. JamesBird.us I figured it was time to finally buy my name and point to most of my representations on the web. If I hadn't mentioned before I got all the tracking put together for Google analytics, Google Adwords Converstion Tracker, and Yahoo Marketing Conversation Tracker. Now I need to start working on my sales letter page and I will be near completion. Anyone have a good ebook or website reference for creating a great ebook. I'm more interested in structure as I'd like a popup requesting your email everytime you open it on a new computer.

October 2007 I used a local company once before and they were fine. I have even filled the paperwork myself before.
It was just easier to use BizFillings as I get 20% with my Amex card making the filling cost $3 afterwards. A friend also recommends them but I think thats because of his Amex discount also. Etiher way they are legitimate and are hard selling you all kinds of additional services like most incorporation places. They do try to get you to pay for them to handle your registered agent. I opt out and do it myself. Reply
