30 years in marketing and still don't understand why marketers continue to make the same mistakes - the old adage is true, technology changes but people don't. Run a direct marketing agency www.malcolmaulddirect.com and a marketing education business www.marketingcampus.com.au Ran my first internet training course in 1995 and wrote one of Australia's first certificate courses on e-marketing in 1999. Also wrote the first non-US book in the world on e-mail marketing. Can be a digital-cynic on some topics so looking forward to participating in Gooruze community.
