Good question, I think Andy has given a good response below.

I would also just add that once Gooruze scales, people that are active in the community will be seen as the experts in Online Marketing and this in turn will lead to more readers/viewers of their blog/business, and hopefully result in sales/financial reward for you.

You get to be part of a unique community for marketers. You can learn from others in the community and help others out with your expertise.
