GOOG-411 has now come out of BETA. GOOG-411 is a free voice-activated service that enables users to connect with local business's listed in Google Local. Simply dial GOOG-411 from your land line/mobile and follow the voice prompts. At the moment Google doesn't allow advertising on this service but I don't think it will be long till they start offering a "category/location sponsorship" or a "pay per play" service.
