November 2007 I've been using Merchant Circle's free account for ~6 months now and I must have missed this press announcement. While I can't say directly that MC has improved my business or garnered any direct referrals; I viewed it as an opportunity to jump into social networking outside of Facebook, Myspace, Linkin etc. Additionally, with the relationships Merchant Circle keeps, it has helped boost my rankings on some search engines. Thank for the tip about WebVisible, I'll investigate that further.
