[we use blogger for some of our less technical contributors.  We host it, and it's skinned within an inch of our life]

We don't need a link to the item because it's so short.  If you have anyone (clients, family, whatever) using Blogger, but are uploading it to a private server, expect the upload job to never finish.  This from Blogger (which has downtime at 11 pst tonight):

Blogger is currently having trouble publishing to a number of FTP hosts. We're investigating and will update as the situation develops. Thanks for your patience.

This follows Blogger's video meltdown last week.    Yes, I use WP or CMS for most things, but some of our contractors feel more comfortable with the Blogger interface.
