It seems the Washington State's Attorney’s office has a thing in for Bad SEO. All the power to them I say. I am tired of jack-asses that sell ‘guaranteed’ rankings. I wonder what their contracts look like? Do they actually Guarantee Top rankings??? For a mere $999-$3000 and $149/month… I want to be top 10 for ‘Buy Viagra’ if ya don’t mind boyze… where do I send the cheque?
 
PC world – State Sues Search Engine Fixer- Again; Internet Advancement claims that, for a fee, it can make customers' Web pages appear in the top 25 results of search engine queries, but according to court filings, it has not always been able to deliver on this promise.

One Internet Advancement customer, Peter Zaccerelli said that "after several months not only did my business website not get higher placement or rankings, but it dropped entirely off the search engines," according to court filings.
