I saw that maybe Friday night or this weekend when I was blazing through the dashboard looking for something.  I think they're really trying to reach smaller advertisers with more tools and self-help for not just provisioning, but service as well.  It's really a smart play when you think about it.  Now, the smart advertisers are hopefully asking their search marketer or agency, "So what exactly does this mean for me? 

Just hung up on a conf call with a good-sized PPC client who knows traditional advertising better than I do and is the kind who looks at stuff like this and says, "Tell me what part I should care about and why."
