Credit Valleywag with sending the story national.  Blogger tries to use Twitter on T-Mobile, but faces fees.  He tries a net neutrality argument that fails and is essentially dusted.  We blogged about the issue simply because lots of unsuspecting folks are getting new wireless toys at Christmas that are web-enabled.  As the Valleywag piece underscores, simply being web-enabled is not a guarantee that you can use your favorite services.  RTFM before gifting, folks.     And that's friendly manual, for those of you who thought otherwise!
