TechCrunch again is reporting on an online advertising topic! (what happened to them covering start-ups?)

It's reporting that Google is now sometimes displaying a search box for specific sites (think Amazon, ebay, etc) within the Google search results.

It looks really useful to me. You basically can narrow your search specific to that site very easily.
