Typically written by people who don't have a clue or are trying to impress or win business. It's given me a new buzzword for my bingo game though.

Not sure Jackie but spot the heavy use of the word "digital" instead on "online" - not really sure what this says about them :-)

I think you're digital if you dabble in things like Facebook, Twitter and Second Life for your clients. You're still interactive if you're only building Flash microsites and 80% of your revenues come from media buys.
