October 2007 I typically find the data to be about 3-4 hours behind. It used to be much longer (24 hours) but has improved over the last few months.

"Report data is generally updated every 24 hours, but data may sometimes take longer to appear in your account. AdWords cost information is imported once daily." If you really didn't know. Reply
