When Is The 1st Annual Gooruze Conference?

i suggest a brewery someplace near a beach.

It would have to be a pretty big place to fit in all of our egos.

Sounds like somewhere in Perth Australia --- now that would be awesome

Room for Ego's, no travel required, could have it on a beach, etc

I'm betting there's plenty of companies out there in SL that would only too happy to help out on this one - provide dedicated space, streaming capabilities etc.

i like the second life suggestion.
i am an absolute novice on second life, but Duncan Riley holds discussions on it all the time.

I'm somewhat of a novice in SL myself - i pop in now and then, but the bottom line is - right now my "real life" just takes up most of my time :)

I know the Crayon folks have done pretty amazing things in there - Crayon Islands a pretty good stopping point. 
I've watched parts of streaming presentations and even movies in various locations. The potential is definetely there to do something both fun and somewhat educational.

Maybe there should  be a "Virtual Conference Group" to discuss the idea further and see where it goes?
