November 2007 You could always try link-mapping the old-fashioned way: Code the URL of each link in your Facebook group to a redirect URL that you can track or through an intermediary page that counts each click as it happens. You can paint a rudimentary picture of the action this way.

November 2007 That's very clever.
I'm not really specialized in setting up analytics tools myself, but this solution sounds really worth it. Tx nugfarmer Reply

November 2007 I dont think there are ways to track traffic stats for a group. You may have more options within a profile, but currently facebook does not allow any live imports on a profile.
By this, I mean that even if you have an application added on your profile, any external images shown in that application section are cached by facebook. With this method currently being used, there is no way to link the profile to an external source that can be monitored. For facebook application landing pages, they do have a google analytics option that can be added to those pages, but I dont think this is available yet for the profile. Do you run a group that is growing fast and has alot of active members? If so, I would be interested in putting a link to my application on there, so let me know if you are interested. Reply
