I am looking to set up some site sponsors for a blog that gets some traffic but not a ton. It definitely is targetted traffic though. Any recommendation on affiliate programs to use? Google Adsense? Adbrite? Text-link ads? etc?

Do not want to over do it just create some new revenue streams.

Thanks

To answer this we'd need to know what the blog is about...and what sort of targeted traffic.

Adsense is always the easy solution, you'll earn money from it and depending on the vertical you could earn good money from it.

Affiliate programs work depending on the niche: I know guys who do nothing but affiliate programs, don't run Adsense and make big money.

You can always do a combination as well.

Thanks for the reply. I was speaking about my blog on local search marketing, localbizbits.com. It is geared toward small business owners to learn more about local search. Traffic is low probably compared to more main stream blogs but feedback from readers has been good.  It is only about 7 months old.
