November 13th If they go to their homepage, and then click on my details on the right hand menu, they can change their details from there. Then press save.

November 13th Thanks Angieh - this still doesn't take you out of the network though. A few people I know want to know how to get out of the network if they want to - it doesn't appear easy at all

November 13th Paul - do you know why they want to leave the network? I am intrigued - why would you want to leave? I can understand some people may stop being active by why would they want to be removed?

November 14th It's one of those questions that people do ask. It's a safety feature. they may join, sign-up and for whatever reason decide they don't want to be part of the network anymore. It's a pretty important deal to a lot of people I've mentioned 'gooruze' to - comments include 'if you can't leave, it's a bit scary' A simple 'Delete me from the network' button would do the trick. November 16th I agree with you Paul. A good community should allow you to come and go as you please. If you don't want your profile active, fair enough. As Jackie said, a quick email will take care of it.

November 16th Thanks Andy - after all you don't want to turn gooruze into 'Hotel California' - where you can 'never leave'.....scary.

November 15th Fair enough - I guess as most people don't actively leave a community - they just don't come back through apathy or choice - it is not a huge issue - however if they wish to be deleted they can email via contact us. I will also add to the wishlist to include the ability to "request deletion" from the member area. Reply
