February 5th Choosing an email service provider (ESP) is really going to depend on several factors specific to your situation. If you only require a tool to send and track perfomance of email for marketing purposes there are a range of both traditional and hosted software tools you can choose from. Some price depending on how many emails you want to send, some based upon the size of your list to which you wish to send, others have a hybrid model. Some are basic email functionality while others carry website & marketing campaign tracking tools. Here's a quick list of companies that you may want to explore: Constant Contact Each has its own niche depending on what functionality is more important to you. Good luck! Reply

February 5th we do track the emails and where people click on the email. We need to easily do things like this... Over the last year, 10,000 on our list of 100,000+ bought green rectangular striped widgets. We want an email software program that will let us send a promotion to just those 10,000 when the new 2008 green rectangular striped widgets come in. We have one now, but it is very difficult to do any custom mailings like this. It takes many steps and in some cases we need to contact the email program techs first. A/B testing would be nice as well. Reply

For instance, we break the group Realtors down by state, city, office...
