Campaign Monitor has a great reputation in the agency world.  It's a really straightforward system to use allowing both templates and full control of the creative.  They are also behind http://www.email-standards.org/ - an initiative that will move the whole industry forward.

Check out iContact, they offer a free trial that is worth checking out.  I recommend iContact to all of my Zowbie clients and the clients that use it, love it!

tough question, and completely depends on what you're looking to achieve... aweber is hard to beat... and very good for auto responders etc.  There are hunderds of great systems very much like constant contact...  If you're really keen to delve into the various systems, then give us an overview of what you want to use it for...
