You can't get into the first slot on the first page overnight, but I recommend Dan's point about using sponsored links/pay per click (PPC) as this can assist you. Feel free to look around online for various providers of pay per click, and I would recommend those who are Google qualified advertising/adwords professionals if you're using PPC for Google as they would have more of an inkling of whay to do than some random person.

Thanks, I use pay per click on adwords and msn adcenter and I can manage it. The site was on first page, and it can go back again with some work.  I think a super quality inbound link would shift its ranking.

I thought to ask the gooruze maybe they can help with that, as I needed it on first page yesterday.

Looking at your site and inbound links, I think it's going to take more than just "A super quality inbound link" - The sites at the top have a ton of inbound links...

You also have virtually identical title tags throughout, no description tags on a lot, mostly missing <H1> tags, and a ton of pages not found when the actual SERPS are clicked upon. That's not good -  http://www.pdxtc.com/seo101

You could also nofollow an awful lot on that site to harness some of your own limited link juice, changing your Footer "Home" link to your desired phrase, and ensure any pages with PR have an in content text link with that phrase.  That alone might bump you back to page 2, if not to page one.
