Yahoo Acquiring...Google or Microsoft.

last time I heard, Microsoft raise the bid for Yahoo to 44.6 billion dollar. However, yahoo insist to refuse this bid, claiming that the offer is well below yahoo's share price of roughly $40 per shares. With the current offer, Microsoft value yahoo shares with $33 per shares. anyway, the last rumour is that yahoo is going to experiment using Google adsense in its advertising, if its succesful then who knows whats going to come next? what do you think? yahoo will join up with google to beat Microsoft or will surrender to Microsoft?(assuming Microsoft would like to increase the offer again)
