 Which one is Benifituary , IF Google acquires Yahoo of Microsoft?
My Opinion is Microsoft should acquire Yahoo, because If Microsoft acquires yahoo then they can give an equal competion to Google.
Thus having an equal competion in the search marketing , Google will try to invent and implement so many new things to hold his number one position in search Engine.Ofcouse which will lead to rapid growth in search marketing industry.

April 2008 Personally I think it would be a good move for Microsoft, but not such a good move for Yahoo!
Google's current market share is estimated between 60% and 70% depending on who you ask, so I don't think it will affect them much either way. My $.02 worth.  Reply

April 2008 Regardless if Microsoft acquires Yahoo or not, Google will continue to be a powerhouse among the SaaS giants. However both companies are making large moves in the industry. Google has it's Android OS coming out which will change the face of mobile as we know it. At the same time Microsoft has Surface coming out which will change the way we interact with computers in a social environment.
I put my money on Google because free is the way of the web and it's going to take a lot to slow down such a large player. Reply
