We are a 40+ year old agency, with all the typical functions (Acct Mgmt, Creative, Media, Production)that has had interactive as a silo discipline for about 4 years now. May 22nd Thanks for the response, it is great input. The executive group is behind digital, we've had a fledgling "team" for about 4 years. We definitely need more nerds. It sounds as if a distinct group makes sense and then blend with the rest of the agency as we educate and transform the rest of the agency. I believe we need to be digital at our core, but I don't want to pretend to have it. Where would you put web strategy with Acct Mgmt or Media? Reply
