Twitter the next paypal?

Interesting concept, but I don't see it taking off on its own, but if Twitter were to partner with PayPal I could see this being something that catches on.

I have gotten a lot of SPAM from Twitter, including the lottery and Nigerian scams, I think they will need to change their image of low-moderate security.
