August 8th I hope I've understood what you're trying to ask here. However as I interpret it, I think it's one of the most fundamental questions in marketing. It's always important to adopt a customer-centric approach in understanding how markets work and how you as a supplier should be meeting the needs of your customer. Try to think yourself into the 'skin' of that prospect and see how they're viewing your company and your competitors. If you as an executive find that difficult, then make sure you're listen to your front-line troops who can tell you exactly how customers and prospects are perceiving the company. Remember the customer is your ultimate boss. Reply
