What are your 2009 Digital Predictions?

Web 2.0 brought video onto the Web more pervasively, but only in low quality. New video compression technology is being experimented with that will allow higher quality video with faster buffering. I expect to see some of this technology used by early adopters and some of the older technology, like Youtube, being used by more late adopters.

If video is easier to stream, it wouldn't be hard to imagine video chat finally catching on too.
