Google Sitelinks Question

Claycook, I am new to SEO but I got this tread on google webmasters group it might be helpful to you:

Clay, I'm in the U.S., and seeing sitelinks for both queries you link to (identical sitelinks, in fact).

so it appears as though the only situation that sitelinks dont appear is if you use Google.com to search for "Minti" from a computer based in Australia... wierd! 

you're right Jude - i found the same thing using a US proxy. It must be a geo based setting clay. I'm not sure i understand Google's logic in showing the sitelinks for users in US, but not for global searchers.

looks like i need to go in to google webmaster thingy and block some of those sitelinks though... off to do that now... 

what's more interesting is that minti has sitelinks for Google Australia for the term "minti" - go figure!
